Steve Rawlinson

Having worked in London for many years for a specialist publisher on a variety of magazines for clients such as the Ministry of Defence, Hobart, Mövenpick, Coca Cola and Electrolux, Steve moved to Napier 13 years ago to take a position with Adplus Advertising (now TRACTA).

He was Creative Director to a team of five designers and managed the production team, working with clients such as Hatuma Lime, FMG and Hawke’s Bay Rugby Union. He set up Many Hats in late 2010 and also supports Angie in the conference market as well.

Nathan Hall

After two years contracting in London including work for RSCG Direct, Finex Communications (specialists in large corporate direct marketing campaigns) and Colourpath (a reproduction/photo retouching house), Nathan returned to Hawke’s Bay in 2009, taking up a position as Senior Designer for Band in Napier.

Nathan brings 18 years of design industry experience to the Many Hats team, along with his strong skill base in graphic design, web design and HTML/CSS coding, building WordPress sites, photography, finished art and reproduction work.

Angie Rawlinson

Angie has been working as a PCO since late 2010 managing many successful conferences and events, and forming fantastic business relationships along the way. She loves the ever-changing challenges that a conference organiser faces, and always thinks beyond the obvious to deliver a premium experience for her clients and delegates alike.

With a background of senior finance roles in the UK, her passion for numbers and organisational skills are an asset to the business.

Rachael Robertson

Rachael brings her experience over several years as the Sales & Function Manager for Brookfields Winery, Hawke’s Bay, to the Many Hats Conference team.

She understands that the success of any function, event or wedding is determined by the quality of planning, and her well-honed event management skills are evident in every conference and event she’s involved with.

Collaboration

In addition to our office-based team of PCO’s, event managers, event co-ordinators, designers and film crew, Many Hats has built up a resource of trusted contractors available either by job, or short- or long-term contracts.

This enables us to bring the right people to the table for each project. Once the full scope of each project has been ascertained, we put together and coordinate our team.
